Google is celebrating 101st Anniversary of the First Electric Traffic Signal System by posting a beautiful doodle logo on its homepage.

The first electric traffic light was developed in 1912 by Lester Wire, a policeman in Salt Lake City, Utah, who also used red-green lights.
